Hi, it’s me… I’ve decided to start this blog, to keep you and me up to date with the inside of my brain, and what art I make in the basement. I’m new to this so have patience about the blog site. I’ll get up to speed soon.

Thanks for the notice. I always get a kick out of what ever your doing, trust me when I say this, even though I don’t respond to mails promptly. I do enjoy hearing from you grandly.
I’d call you, we could talk concrete, I too have tons of experiance with the stuff. A little tip if I may. Try-if your after a fantasticly smooth surface-streaching a thin sheet of plastic ‘001mm over your board, stapeling it on the back side to hold it in place. the plastic will expand with small tempature changes so use a hot air gun to shrink the plastic to fit snuggly on the wood, don’t worry about uneven shrinkage, just go for it you’ll see it will work. This is the acting face of your form. Do the same thing with the side pieaces- plastic sheet coat them. You want to really blow some minds? See what you can do with differant thickness of plastic cut into fine shapes or letters into words, use spray glue to adhear them onto the surface of you form (spray the cut pieaces, not the surface of your form). Keep in mind everything comes out backwords. Makes it all the more interesting if it dosen’t matter to you too much. I’ve always used a 50/50 mix of portland cement and sands of verious roughness. For what your doing I’d say a standard play ground sand would be fine. Your paying 40.-US per bag? Crazy!
Hay I reall enjoy your welded thangs! Just love the fact that your still working. I’ve thoughts on your previous mail but thedy will have to wait. It’ late and I’m tird, ned to sleep, up early-7:00 get my kiddies off to the school trip. I ternd to run tied all the time. Catnaps in the car at red lights, that kind of thing. I try to read some nights, bee on the same paragraph in this book for the past six months.
Hope things get better sometime. I’ve got shows comming up end of the year. So my ass is in the pinch zone. I got my self in the position now it’s time to perform.
I’ll be in touch…
Love ya and Big hug to ya gal
